Staff Attorney (01) (Hanoi Office)
General Responsibilities:
Assist the General Counsel with regards to Vietnamese laws and regulations;
Preparing and submit relevant regulatory filings and disclosures; and
Preparing in-house legal research.
Requirements:
Education and training in Vietnamese law;
Excellent report writing skills;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Willingness to travel and absolutely flexible with time demands;
Reading and writing in English and Vietnamese;
Possessing a strong personal presence; and
Commitment to learning from the best professionals in the business.
